* Clamping paper roll, moving right-left, arms up-down and paper roll rotation is hydraulic operated.

* Support two paper rollers in the meantime, one is working, and another is for spare part.

* Adopts “Spring clutch”.

* Paper tension controlled by pneumatically operated disc brake, setting the tension easily.

* Adopt the design of negative pressure type,which help medium paper to press evenly and closer to the surface of the corrugating roller, and also to get even glue on the flute tip in order to have perfect laminating of corrugated paper.

* Quick change the roller with electric dolly load in 15mins. Delivery corrugated rolls unit into host machine while replacing corrugated rolls, then fixed on the basement of host machine,it achieve corrugated roller replacement quickly and easily.

* Fitted with foggy sprayer device,to regulate temperature and moisture of core paper
